What is Seaport Brand?
Seaport Brand is a coastal apparel company based in Boston, Massachusetts. We make heavyweight hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, and tees built for the conditions of the New England waterfront — cold harbor wind, damp salt air, and temperatures that change faster than the forecast suggests. Our products are designed for people who spend real time near the water, not just near it aesthetically.
What makes your apparel different from standard hoodies and sweatshirts?
Weight and construction. Most hoodies on the market run 8–10oz. Ours run heavier — up to 14oz on our standard pullovers and heavier on the SuperHeavy line. That weight difference is what makes a Seaport hoodie hold its shape, hold warmth in cold damp air, and last through years of real use rather than a season or two.
Where is Seaport Brand based?
Boston, Massachusetts. Our brand is rooted in the Seaport District and Boston Harbor — the working waterfront that shaped the city and continues to define its character.
Do you have physical stores?

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Products & Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Our hoodies and crewnecks are cut for a relaxed, substantial fit — true to size for most people, though those who prefer a slimmer fit may want to size down.
What materials are used in your apparel?
Heavyweight cotton fleece, primarily. Our standard pullovers and crewnecks run up to 14oz — significantly heavier than most retail hoodies. The SuperHeavy line goes further. We use cotton because it holds warmth even when damp, which matters on a cold-water waterfront in a way that synthetic blends don’t.
How should I care for heavyweight cotton?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid high heat — it’s the main thing that breaks down cotton fleece over time. Washed and dried correctly, a Seaport hoodie holds its weight and structure for years.
Are your designs unisex?
Yes. Our hoodies, crewnecks, and tees are cut for a relaxed fit that works across a wide range of body types. Check individual product pages for specific fit notes.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with tags attached within 60 days of purchase. For defective items, contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@seaportbrand.com with “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line, your order number, and the item details. We’ll take it from there.
How long does it take to process a return?
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 30 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
