Seaport Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Seaport purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Our Policy

   •   Eligible Items: We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased through our online store.

   •   Condition: Items must be new, unworn, and with Seaport merchandise tags still attached.

   •   Defective Items: If you received defective merchandise, we’re happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

   •   Return Window: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email Us

      •   Send an email to hello@seaportbrand.com with “Return” or “Exchange” in the subject line.

      •   Include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

2. Ship Your Items

      •   After contacting us, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your merchandise back.

3. Processing Time

      •   Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Important Notes

   •   Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non refundable.

   •   Exchanges: If you’re exchanging an item, we’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your returned merchandise.
